Acid is used to treat certain skin infections caused by bacteria such as herpes (ulcers and crusts) and wounds and burns.
Do not use phosphideic acid:
•  If you are allergic to active substances or any other ingredients of this medicine.
Alerts and precautions:
•  Be careful while using this drug near your eyes.
•  Do not use for a long time. A second infection may occur.
Possible side effects:
Stop using this product and seek immediate medical attention if you have a rash; itching; red, ulcerated or exfoliating skin; chest or throat tightness; difficulty breathing, swallowing, or speaking; unusual hoarseness or puffiness of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat. The frequency at which these side effects occur is unknown.
Side effects include:
•  Mild skin irritation
•  Rashes
•  Eczema
