How to use
Spray 2-5 times on your skin and massage the area. Your magnesium topical spray may feel a bit greasy after applying it, but it's not an oil and your skin will absorb it quickly. You may see a white residue around the areas where the product was applied, but it is just residual salt that is easy to wipe off. For foot soak, add 1-2 oz to warm water and soak feet for 20-30 minutes.
