How to use:

Shampoo: Apply on moist hair and gently massage the scalp for 7 to 10 minutes and then rinsed with water. Repeat the process when needed.

Balm: Apply on wet hair after shampoo and leave for 3-5 minutes and then rinse well. And the hair is styled as usual.
